A factory worker is an individual that works in factories such as textile factory, food processing factory, beverage production factory, breweries, textile and automobile factory. They operate machinery, monitor the machines, control and adjust machine settings, and perform all other duties that may be assigned to them in the factory.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Putting raw resources in place to determine, mix, and process raw materials.
Operating the production machines
Controlling the mechanical process and temperature for creating products
Checking the product quality and noting down the results during the production process.
Operating and maintaining production machines, examining and packing the final product.
Keeping the production area clean and sterilized
Dying or bleaching materials, pressing, stretching or waterproofing materials.
Mixing and cooking the ingredients for making products,
Watching products during the maturity time and taking samples
Cutting out the parts, stitching, and pasting the pieces together for different products
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read, write and understand English
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively, in a safe manner
Production line experience helpful, but not required
Good attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
