DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as the layout, arrangement and cleaning of office facilities.
Manages the work of office, administrative or other employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Authority’s facilities (such as general repairs and maintenance, equipment issues, janitorial services, mail/messenger services, staff needs, etc.).
Manages preventive maintenance of facility and office equipment and cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Coordinates schedules and special event operations for the purpose of ensuring required facilities preparation.
Plans for or coordinates office services such as equipment or supply acquisition or organization, disposal of assets, relocation, parking, maintenance or security services.
