JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally direct all incoming calls to the appropriate office directory

Schedule and confirm appointments

Promptly schedule and confirm field workers hotel and transportation bookings

Ensure the reception area is prepared, organized, and welcoming to all visitors

Work collaboratively with other departments on the completion of administrative tasks

Meticulously verify office supplies are available and submit order requests as needed

Perform other clerical and miscellaneous duties as required
